I have a video of Utopia double expert.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwBdq8qnmWc

I have a bunch of screenshots in a photobucket album.  http://s45.photobucket.com/albums/f60/deadcatx2/ITG/

There are sub albums for combo, mods, single digit excellents, great attacks, quad stars, and survivals.

------------

I started playing DDR in July 2004.  In July 2005, I started playing ITG2.

double > single

I'm currently sitting at the top of double medium with a hefty number of high scores and several ****s.

Lately I've been more hard/medium.  I'm getting too old for this shit.  I still play expert, though.

I have a running goal of being the first person to post a score for every chart.  The only charts left are all on single easy.

I hate BPM wankery and I reserve the right to use C450 scores with screenshots as I see fit.  These scores will be marked "failed" and will show up red.

------------

Has anyone else noticed ITG1 songs are usually late and ITG2 songs are usually early?  There are some exceptions, but that is the general trend I've noticed.

When playing for score, I use the bar.  I almost always play for score.  Occasionally I'll play nobar, though, but never on anything more than a single 10 or double 8.

I try not to rape the bar unless I'm doing 11+.  I prefer to make out with the bar; to use it with only one hand.  Sometimes I even switch hands.

As far as arrow speed, I usually like 450-550 BPM.  I'm capable up to around 610 or so.  I also like using the next speed mod up in combination with Distant (better than Hallway since it starts big at the bottom of the screen).  I think Distant sometimes helps, but only a little.  Sometimes it hurts.

Occasionally, though, I'll play on a slower speed mod, just like I occasionally don't use the bar.  I also scale my speed with the arrow density, meaning I usually play hard/medium songs on 2.5x or 2x.

I use my size 12 feet to my advantage.  I cheat all hands on single (even quad holds) and most hands on double.  I can hit corner jumps with one foot, and I'm working on one-footed gallops.

I've succeeded in cheating what I formerly considered to be un-cheatable hands, like the quad hold at the end of Tribal Style double expert.
