Bio: in short I did 20 years of soccer until I tore my knee a 2nd time in early 2011 (pre-ITG), did NCAA tennis in college. I started running events in 2013 with 5ks, worked my way to doing a half marathon in late 2013, first marathon in 2014, and started doing triathlon this year completing my first half ironman in October 2016. I am now signed up for Ironman Wisconsin for 2017 and currently training for that.

lol it's 2023 and I'm doing Ironman World Championships in October and Ireland in August. I've done 100 milers and a 220 mile Fastest known time across the state of Wisconsin. But yeah, 210 scares me still. And now have quads on stamina 12s and 13s. Noob.
