It's Kayla! Time to dust off, freshen up, and overall update the ol' GrooveStats account to reflect the real me and prepare it for my return to 4-panel (was a 5-panel main for a long while pre-pandemic)!

That's right, your girl here's the proud owner of a new L-TEK pad for home use and she's planning to stream that return on Twitch!

Really been missing dance gaming since the pandemic. Ring Fit Adventure is ok for overall body workouts, but it does not completely fulfill me in the same way that dance gaming does, and I'm still not comfortable yet about going to the arcades or any big, public space. Watching RIP 12.5 from home lit a fire that couldn't be stopped.

I'm not aiming to be especially competitive, though. I like competition, but the main thing for me with dance gaming is having fun, the physicality while playing games, the music, the techs, and the social aspects.
